5 Tips to Help You Get to Sleep Faster

It is important to get at least seven to nine hours of sleep per day. For some people, that is easier said than done. Here are some sleeping tips from Dr. Mikhail Varshavski.

1. Do yoga right before bedtime.
2. Take a bath before going to sleep to lower the temperature in your core.
3. Get up and do a calming activity.
4. Keep your room dark and make it as quiet as possible.
5. Do not drink any coffee eight hours before sleeping
