Syrian Army captures Kafr Naboudeh from jihadist forces.
The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) captured the key town of Kafr Naboudeh after a short battle against the jihadist forces in northwestern Hama.
Prior to storming Kafr Naboudeh, the Syrian Army’s Tiger Forces spent a week peppering the town with nonstop missile and artillery strikes.
By the time they were ready to storm Kafr Naboudeh most of the jihadist defenses had already been destroyed or badly damaged. The Syrian Army also suffered heavy casualties during the attack but their losses in comparison are half of what was reported for the jihadist groups.
This bombardment has been incredibly costly for the jihadist troops who have been exposed to nonstop artillery and air strikes for several days now.
